Will not connect

App does not connect after the last update. Very frustrating! Cannot receive calls or text thru this number now
Update: its been a week or longer and I am still unable to open this app on my phone. I am very angry. Hate to get a new phone number but I am going to have to try another app. Please fix this bug!!!
